At Evyraa, we want you to love your jewelry. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help with our easy return and refund process.
EVYRAA is a jewelry brand operated and owned by AK Enterprises, a partnership firm registered in India.
Return Window
You may return or exchange items within 2 days of delivery.
Eligibility
Returns and refunds are available for:

Items returned within 2 days of delivery

Products in unused, original condition

Items with original packaging and tags intact

Jewelry with certificates (if provided) included
Non-Returnable Items

Products damaged due to misuse or normal wear and tear
Easy Return Process
Follow these simple steps to initiate your return:
Step 1: Email Us
Send an email to returns@evyraa.com with the subject line “Return Request”
Step 2: Provide Your Details
Please include the following information in your email:

Your Evyraa Order ID (beginning with #EVY)

A minimum of 2 clear images of the item showing different angles
(JPEG/PNG format, max 10MB per image, or Google Drive/Dropbox link) -
Contact number registered with the order

Full name and delivery address
Step 3: Specify Items to Return
Clearly mention which item(s) from your order you wish to return.
Step 4: Include Required Information

Reason for return
(Size issue, Quality concern, Changed mind, Received wrong item, Damaged/Defective, Other) -
Preferred pickup address (if different from delivery address)

Preferred pickup date and time slot
Step 5: Submit
Send the email with all required details and images attached.
What Happens Next?
Confirmation (Within 24 hours)
You will receive an email confirming your return request along with a Return Authorization Number.
Pickup Arrangement (2–3 business days)
We will schedule a pickup with our courier partner and share pickup details with you.
Item Collection
Our courier partner will collect the item from your specified address.
Inspection (2–3 business days)
The returned item will be inspected upon receipt.
Approval & Refund
Once approved, your refund will be processed.
Refund Timeline

Processing: 5–7 business days after approval

Bank Credit: Additional 5–10 business days depending on your bank/payment provider

Total Time: Approximately 10–15 business days from pickup to refund credit
Refund Method
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase
(credit/debit card, UPI, net banking, etc.).
All refunds are processed by AK Enterprises, operating under the brand name EVYRAA.
Exchanges
We’re happy to exchange items for a different style, color, or size.

Follow the same email process and mention “Exchange Request” in the subject line

Specify the product you wish to exchange for

Exchanges are subject to product availability

We will arrange pickup of the original item and delivery of the new item
Exchange processing time: 7–15 business days.
Track Your Return
Once your return is confirmed, you can track its status by:

Replying to your Return Authorization email

Emailing returns@evyraa.com with your Return Authorization Number
We will keep you updated at every step via email.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:

Contact us immediately at support@evyraa.com with clear photos

We will arrange priority pickup and an expedited refund or replacement
Your satisfaction is our priority.
Important Notes

Please pack the item securely in its original packaging for return

Do not ship items back without a Return Authorization Number

Keep the courier receipt until your refund is processed

All product dimensions and measurements mentioned are approximate and may vary marginally due to manual measurement and manufacturing tolerances. Such minor variations in colour, texture, or size shall not be considered defects and do not qualify as damaged or incorrect product.
